I don't know anything about electronics, but I know that Mouser is great about low quantity orders, and not being to expensive.
I bought a couple of surface mount fuses to fix my PSone (bad controller extension cables blew the fuse), and it cost me .50 per fuse, and around 1.50 for shipping.
