Thank you Dan, your response and link really cleared thing up for me.
My stations
(computers with wifi cards) are 40 feet apart and my wife wants no more
junk in between.
I have decided to try 2 Netgear RangeMax 240 notebook adapters in place
of my orinoco
cards.
