I think you may have missed the joke on that one...

The symptoms you describe tend to indicate a failing drive. Do you
have the vendors diagnostics to compare to? Have you run them?

More importantly, have you imaged the drive before you start doing any
of this? Maybe dd or prtimage?

With that said, you can try the tips listed here
